Greg is a "vibe" all on his own. He isn't the type to smother you with lap cuddles; instead, he prefers to be your cool roommate who hangs out nearby to see what's going on. 😎
The Independent Spirit: Greg is an explorer through and through. He loves his own space but likes to keep you in his sights. 🕵️♂️
Food is Life: Greg is EXTREMELY food motivated. 🍗 If there are treats involved (especially the wet ones!), he’ll be your best friend for life.
Play Hard: He has a medium-to-high energy level and loves anything he can chase! 🎾 Just a heads-up: Greg plays "pro-style." He can get a little over-stimulated and might give a very gentle "love bite" when he's having too much fun! 😼⚡
🏠 The Ideal Home
Greg is looking for a specific kind of "inner circle" to join. Because of his spicy play style, he’s looking for a more mature environment.
Adults Only (or Calm Teens): Greg would do best in a child-free home. 🚫👶 Since he plays a bit rough when he's excited, a calm adult household that understands cat body language is his perfect match.
Solo or Social: Greg is totally fine being the "only child" in a solo cat home where he can have all the coffee table space to himself! 🏠🥇
Environment: He isn't too bothered by noise, but he does appreciate people who move at a normal pace, fast movements can occasionally give him a little startle! 🏃♂️💨

Toys: Anything he can hunt, chase, and pounce on! 🖱️💨
Favourite Spot: The coffee table (so he can supervise the whole room) or curled up on the bed. ☕🛏️
The Way to His Heart: Wet treats! 🍗😋 He will do just about anything for his favorite snack.
Affection: He likes hanging out near you and enjoying the energy of the room. 🛋️🤝

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
