About Jessie
When Jessie first came into care, she was absolutely terrified of the world around her. Everything felt big and scary. But thanks to one of our incredible foster carers, this sweet girl has blossomed in ways we couldn't be prouder of. She's come such a long way, and while she may still be shy when meeting new people, once she feels safe, her true affectionate nature shines through.
Jessie is looking for a calm, understanding forever home that will give her the time and patience she needs to build trust at her own pace. In return, she'll reward you with the most beautiful bond.
Jessie loves toys that dangle from sticks and strings. Wand toys are her absolute favourite, she adores chasing, pouncing, and being given a little challenge. Interactive play is the fastest way to build her confidence and trust. Once she realises you're the fun provider, she'll start to relax and let her personality shine. Jessie absolutely adores being cuddled ... especially "baby style." While she might not always look like she wants to be picked up, once you gently scoop her up (after she's comfortable with you), she melts into you and will happily settle in for a snooze. She's even enjoyed snuggling in a baby wrap/hammock in foster care!
Jessie's Perfect Home:

A safe indoor environment where she can continue to build confidence
Understanding adopters who know that shy kittens grow into incredibly devoted companions
