About Phoenix - now available PET Quarters Belmont
All About Me and My Unique Personality:
Meet the gorgeous Phoenix - affectionately known as Nixie! This friendly and confident girl is sure to make you fall in love. She is very comfortable with people and loves to rub up against you and get lots of pats. Nixie is playful, sweet and easy to handle, however don't be fooled when she exposes her belly for a pat - like many cats, she's not into belly rubs. She'll spend most of her days sleeping in a favourite spot she'll find, and then shower you with love when you want it.
My Ideal Home:
Nixie likes to be the boss and for this reason, she needs to be the solo cat in a home. That being said, she's fine with dogs - apparently they're a little easier to put into subservience! Apart from this, she'd suit most homes. She can be quite exuberant when playing, so probably best to be in a home without very young children.
What is Known About My Background:
Nixie came into rescue in late 2024 and was adopted out, but due to circumstances beyond her control and despite being very well loved, has ended up back in care. She's ready to find a new home.
How Do I Interact with Kids, Dogs, Cats and Other Pets:
Nixie needs to be the solo cat in a home. She doesn't have an issue with dogs. She can be quite exuberant when playing, so probably best to be in a home without very young children, however would be fine with older children.
