About Tui - 1 Year Old Wolfhound X
Tui is a gorgeous dog with a heart as big as his paws. He is looking for that perfect fit family who are active, strong, will take him on adventures so he can see learn new things in this wide world.
He needs a family who are truly committed to him, to training him in manners, tricks and socialisation, which is super important for a big dog like him.
Tui is dog-friendly at the park but needs to be only dog and animal in his new home. Socialization on outings will be important to help him build those doggy friendships over time.
Two walks a day is important for him physically and mentally. Tui weighs 38kg and is strong on the lead, so lead training is necessary and someone physically strong enough to manage him well.
Tui can be left alone throughout the day, but he needs so something to do, chew and play with for mental stimulation.
Tui has been an outside pup but now he deserves five-star treatment, and he absolutely needs to be welcomed inside as part of the family.
His new home must have secure high 1.5 minimum fencing with no gaps, because he is very tall and agile and we don't want any escape artists on our hands.
Tui is good with kids (we recommend 8+) as he is a big boy and is still learning about his size and weight.
If you feel like you are the right fit for Tui and meet the criteria above, he would love to meet you!
