About Jaggi
Jaggi is a female Domestic Short Hair kitten available for adoption in Chipping Norton, South Western Sydney, New South Wales
Calm, indoor-suited and beautifully cat-friendly, Jaggi is a sensitive soul who bonds deeply once she feels safe. She’s the kind of girl who watches first, thinks carefully — then melts into a puddle of purrs the moment she feels secure.
She has settled into indoor life with humans and other cats with quiet grace. At heart, she’s an absolute sweetheart — gentle, affectionate and surprisingly cheeky when playtime begins.
A little about Jaggi:
🐾 Thrives in calm households
🐾 Indoor & apartment suited
🐾 Loves feline companionship
🐾 No resident dogs preferred
🐾 Devoted fan of wet treats & head scritches
With familiar adults, Jaggi is incredibly soft and loving. She purrs almost instantly when picked up or patted — a deep, contented rumble that feels wonderfully reassuring. She wants affection, even if she’s sometimes unsure how to ask for it. Her sweetness is quiet rather than demanding, which makes her connection feel especially special.
Around new people, she doesn’t rush in — but she doesn’t hide either. She prefers to observe first, watching how everyone interacts before deciding it’s safe to approach. A wet treat, however, is often enough to speed up introductions. Once she feels comfortable, her affectionate nature shines through.
With other cats, Jaggi truly comes alive. She loves to play, chase and be chased, and occasionally makes the most endearing little “baby jaguar” sounds mid-game — which is exactly how she earned her name. She isn’t specifically bonded to another cat, but she would flourish with a friendly feline companion.
Her days are beautifully balanced. She’ll often tuck herself away on a dining chair or inside a linen cupboard when she wants quiet time. Later, she’ll pop back out to observe the household happenings — especially if food is involved — before joining in for gentle play.
If you appreciate a thoughtful, emotionally intelligent cat who bonds deeply rather than loudly, you may already feel drawn to her.
Jaggi would thrive in a patient, affectionate home where she can build trust at her own pace. In return, she offers steady companionship, soft purrs and those unmistakable little jaguar sounds that make everyday life feel warmer.

Adoption details
When enquiring about a pet listed with Home2Home, your enquiry goes directly to the pet’s guardian—the person who knows them best!
From here, the guardian will be in touch to learn more about you and chat with you about their pet. It’s a great opportunity for you to ask any questions you may have about the pet, including its likes and dislikes, needs, and how it may fit into your lifestyle and family.
If your home and lifestyle match the pet's needs, the next step will be arranging a meet-and-greet to make sure everyone is happy to proceed with a formal adoption.
Following the adoption, change of ownership paperwork will be completed, and proof of vaccination, microchipping, and desexing (if applicable, as indicated on the listing) will be provided.
All pets adopted through Home2Home will require an adoption contract to be signed and an adoption fee to be paid. The pet’s guardian will complete the adoption contract with you and provide a link to PetRescue’s secure payment portal for completing the adoption fee payment.
Home2Home currently operates a ‘pay what you choose’ system for cat adoption fees. This means that adopters will be able to choose an adoption fee amount that is suitable for them. All adoption fees are used to support PetRescue's life-saving programs, including Home2Home.
