About Normie
Normie was found dumped in a park in Sydney. Left behind. Alone. Confused. š
He didnāt trust anyone. He kept his distance from the world, surviving the only way he knew how. But every single day ā rain, hail or shine ā Normie would quietly wait for his feeder. That small act of kindness was the only thing he believed in.
Fast forward 8 months⦠and this beautiful boy is still waiting.
Normie has now been safely rescued from the streets and has been in care all this time without a single application. Not one. And we just canāt understand why.
Yes, Normie is FIV and FeLV positive ā but he lives a completely normal, happy life indoors. He adores other cats and truly thrives with feline friends around him. He doesnāt let his diagnosis define him, and neither should we.
It has taken Normie a long time to trust again. After being abandoned, can you blame him? But the breakthrough moment finally came⦠he now accepts gentle pats. 𧔠And when he leans into your hand, you can feel just how badly he wants to love and be loved.
He is an angel ā just like the soft orange āwingsā brushed through his fur. Sweet. Quiet. Resilient.
All Normie wants is a home of his own. A calm, loving human who understands that trust takes time. Someone willing to continue showing him the kindness that changed his world.
All of Normieās vet work is done.
