About Lemmy
Meet Little Lemmy 🐾🤎
Name of Cat: Lemmy (Lemmikins)
Microchip Number: 900164002378829
Date of Birth: 21/09/2025
Gender: Female
Colour: Tabby black and grey
Breed: Domestic short hair
Foster Carer Suburb: Bardwell Valley
Little Lemmy’s start in life was a challenging one 💔 Her lovely owner couldn’t afford to care for her but only wanted the very best for her, so she was surrendered to our rescue for the chance at a better life and the opportunity to find a wonderful forever family 🏡✨
Lemmy has truly made the most of this second chance 🌸 We’ve discovered she is a curious little sweetheart. Like many kittens, she can be timid and quiet at first 🤍 but once she’s settled in, her playful and inquisitive personality shines! She loves to play, investigate everything you’re doing 👀🐾, and be part of the action.
She’s very affectionate, adores kisses 😽, and will happily sit beside you for company and cuddles. Lemmy has also adapted beautifully to living with a dog 🐶 and even another (quite grumpy!) cat 😸
She would suit a busy home with young children who can dote on her and play with her every day 🎾💞 She would also thrive with another cat around her age to bond with and share adventures.
Little Lemmy is ready for her happy ever after 💕✨

Adoption details
Adopting with Kittie Kat Rescue Inc.
Bringing a new pet into your home is a long-term commitment—both emotionally and financially. Cats can live 15 to 20 years, so it's essential that all family members are prepared to provide love, shelter, and a safe environment for their lifetime. This includes premium nutrition, regular veterinary care, and ensuring they are kept indoors only or have access to a secure, cat-proof outdoor enclosure.
Our Adoption Process:
-Initial Contact & Questionnaire. We’ll start by sending you our adoption questionnaire via email or text message. This helps us understand your home environment and what you're looking for in a feline companion.
-Video Tour. We will require a video tour of your home, focusing on safety features such as secure screens on windows, doors and balconies. Plus, we’d love to see where your new kitty will be set up in their new home!
-Meet & Greet with the Foster Carer. Once your application is complete and approved, we’ll arrange a time for you to meet the cat with their foster carer.
-Adoption & Bringing Your Cat Home. In some cases, if your application is approved and the cat has completed all their vet work, they can go home with you straight after the meet and greet (an adoption fee is payable). Adoption paperwork will follow.
-Settling-In Period & Adoption Finalisation. Every adoption includes a two-week settling-in period from the time of adoption. If, for any reason, your new cat isn’t the right fit for your home, you can return them within this period for a 50% refund of the adoption fee.
-All of our cats come microchipped, desexed, with one or more vaccinations, and will be lifetime registered. Depending on their age, kittens may need their second (and potentially third) vaccination undertaken by the adopter after adoption. The transfer of ownership is completed as soon as possible.
Adoption fees:
-Kittens: $350
-Cats 1 - 3 Years: $275
-Cats 3 Years+: $200
All adoptions will also carry a lifetime registration/admin fee of $50 on top of the above adoption price.
