About Allie
Meet Allie, the sweet and graceful girl who marches to the beat of her own soft little drum. With her gentle eyes and calm energy, Allie is the perfect mix of independence and affection. She enjoys having human company nearby — she’ll happily curl up close or keep you company while you go about your day — but she’s not one for being fussed over too much. She knows what she likes and loves to have her space respected, making her a wonderful match for someone who appreciates a cat with her own gentle boundaries.
Allie is also a big believer that life is better with friends! She gets along beautifully with other cats and would thrive in a home where she has a friendly feline companion for playtime and quiet company. She loves toys and creamy treats, and her sweet, easy‑going nature makes her a joy to have around. Patient and tender‑hearted, Allie can’t wait to find her forever home — one filled with kindness, understanding, and the promise of cozy days side by side.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

~The Adoption Process~
⦿ Adoption enquiry comes through
⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
