About Mishka
Meet Mishka, the devoted mama with a heart full of love and a story that will melt yours. When she first came into care, Mishka had four precious kittens of her own — but when another mother cat couldn’t care for her babies, Mishka didn’t hesitate to step in. With endless patience and tenderness, she raised two more little ones as her own, giving them all the care, warmth, and love every kitten deserves. She truly embodies the spirit of a guardian angel in feline form.
Now that all her kittens have grown up and found homes of their own, it’s Mishka’s turn to shine and be cherished. This graceful girl is ready for a gentle home where she can finally be the one who’s pampered. Mishka gets along beautifully with other cats and is the perfect “cat for your cat” — calm, reassuring, and kind. With time, patience, and plenty of love, she’ll open her heart to you, revealing the affectionate, loyal companion she’s always been.
She also loves her cat friends, enjoys playing with toys, and can never resist creamy treats. Mishka has given so much love to others — now she’s waiting for someone special to give that love right back in her forever home.

Rocky Roads is run completely by volunteers - as such sometimes we do not have the capacity to reply to every single application that comes through.
We understand that this may not be the best experience but we are working hard to ensure the people who give up their valuable time and lives to support the animals in our care are able to look after themselves and their families too.
Without them, there is no Rocky Roads Rescue.

⦿ One of the RR team will reach out to discuss the adoption process with you - we are volunteers, please allow time for us to reach out to you!
⦿ Meet and greet is organised and completed - you head home! 💚
⦿ Family chats to decide if this adoption is right for you!
⦿ Adoption fee is paid
⦿ Contracts are signed and returned to RR
⦿ Pick up your new family member
⦿ 2 week trial period - during this time you can call and text any questions, concerns, celebrations etc to us!
⦿ At the end of the 2 week trial period we send you desex certificates, vaccination certificates and the microchip will be submitted for transfer into your name
Please note that at Rocky Roads Rescue, we believe every kitten deserves the joy of companionship. To support their well-being and happiness, we generally do not adopt out single kittens. We encourage you to explore the concept of ‘single kitten syndrome’ to understand why having a furry friend is so important. Your new family member will thrive best with a feline buddy or a cat-friendly dog to share playtime and cuddles. However, on occasion, if a cats’s personality shows they prefer to be on their own, we may consider adopting them solo—this will be clearly specified in their adoption profile.
