This adorable Cav mix was born on February 2, 2023, and weighs just 8.4kg, making her a perfect cuddle-sized companion for the right family. While Tonka may be a bit shy at first, give her time, and you'll see her bright personality begin to shine as she grows more at ease.
Tonka thrives when she feels safe and understood, and she needs time to warm up. Introduce her to another little canine friend, and you'll see her confidence blossom as she follows their lead in exploring the world. Although she's naturally anxious, her path to relaxation begins with patience, gentleness, and consistency in her day-to-day routine.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
