Well hello! My name is Bill and I'm a big, loving goofball. I like people very much! I am a good boy - I'm house-trained and I know my manners too: I sit, drop and shake paws on request. I love my toys and playing with them, and another favourite hobby is chasing the water out of the garden hose. I am actually a lap dog, you may laugh but I can curl up into very small spaces next to you on the couch. I can also do the 'big sad eyes" trick, which is very hard for people to resist, evidently!
I'm good with polite dogs but I dont much like hanging around high energy dogs, so a home where I have the company of another placid, female dog would suit me well, or where I will be your only doggy mate. I can get along with small animals.
I like a bit of exercise but no where near as much as the crazy Kelpie I'm living with. I am generally happy just hanging around. I'm getting better on walks and not pulling on lead, but if you're used to larger dogs you should be ok with me. I love car trips!
My best trait is my amazing, deep bark that has apparently scared the pants off my foster carer a few times! I thought I saw something really scary but was later informed by my carer that it was a flapping bag and another time a kid's dinosaur on the trampoline. She did mutter something about if there was anything it would have bolted in panic at my majestic bark! I'm not the bravest boy in the world but I try to be good.
If you look into my eyes and think I might be the boy for you then please apply, I really want a loving pawmanent home. See you for now, Bill xx

ADOPTION NOTES
Our adoption process for the successful applicant includes a meet and greet, (including your own dog if applicable), a home check (or photos of your yard and fencing to be supplied to us if not local), and a two week trial period to ensure your chosen dog is the right fit for your home.
All adoption fees must be deposited into our SAFE Bunbury bank account in full before adoption trial starts (we cannot accept cash). The Adoption Agreement will be emailed to the selected applicant in advance of meeting your chosen dog.
After the adoption trial period has been completed we arrange transfer of ownership of the dog's microchip to the new owner, and email out the vet records.
