About Alaska
Alaska is a calm, independent husky girl who spends most of her day snoozing and would truly benefit from being allowed indoors, as she's already toilet trained and settles beautifully. True to her husky roots, she can be a bit dramatic and vocal when expressing herself, but she's easy going, enjoys short bursts of play with her toys and loves exploring her surroundings with her inquisitive nature.
Alaska walks well on lead, knows her manners and while she may initially move away when a collar is presented, she accepts a harness with ease. She's non‑reactive with other dogs and has lived with huskies before. She may do well with another dog in the home - but must meet them at the time of adoption
With her independence, gentle temperament and classic husky quirks, Alaska would suit a home that appreciates the breed's personality. If you feel like you have room in your home and heart for Alaska, fill out an application today!
