Meet Owen, a charming 4-year-old male Miniature Schnauzer who's ready to bring joy and companionship to your life. With his friendly nature, Owen makes an excellent companion for adults who appreciate the unique personality of a Schnauzer. This little guy is well on his way to becoming the perfect pup for the right home.

Owen is quite the gentleman when it comes to car rides - he’s also toilet trained and knows basic commands, settling in well for the night unless nature calls. His calm demeanor at both the groomer's and the vet makes routine care a breeze.

In addition to these qualities, Owen loves spending time with his human companions – whether it's snuggling up beside you for a lazy afternoon or relaxing in a cozy spot nearby. He particularly enjoys belly rubs, showing off his affectionate nature. Owen has not been tested with children or cats, so he would best fit into a home where adults can devote attention to his training and continued socialisation.

While Owen exhibits some leash reactivity, he has been improving and is making progress through patient training. In addition, he has shown resilience with loud noises and stays calm around wild birds, so fireworks and thunderstorms won't faze him. While he occasionally experiences separation anxiety, he's taking positive steps to becoming more secure when left alone.

He is an intelligent pup who has just started to show his playful side, discovering the fun of stuffed toys like balls and dog bones, especially when there's a second dog in the home to guide him.

Owen thrives on routine and requires regular brushing and grooming every six to seven weeks. He's currently on a special diet of Prime SPD wild boar and pumpkin to ensure his tummy stays comfortable, with his meals doubled up as treats for training rewards.
