About Rocco
Meet Rocco — a gorgeous boy with movie-star looks and main-character energy. 🐾
Rocco is a sweet, affectionate boy who never wants to miss a moment. If something’s happening, he’s there. If nothing’s happening… he’ll make sure it is. He’s curious, confident, and proudly considers himself the household supervisor (quality control is very important to him).
He gets along well with other cats, though he does have a dominant personality and likes to be in charge. As an only cat, Rocco would thrive with a human who’s around most of the time — he bonds deeply and needs engagement, affection, and stimulation. Without enough company, he may channel his big energy into some… creative mischief.
Rocco is perfect for someone who wants a loving, hilarious, always-involved companion who will follow them from room to room and supervise every task. If you’re looking for a cat who is the action, Rocco is your guy. 💛

Adoption details
We list animals for adoption on Pet Rescue as well as on our own Animals-in-Need-Brisbane website. We talk with people who contact about an animal to see what their needs and situation are. Our emphasis is on getting the right animal for the people and the right people for the animal. If everyone's needs are met things usually work out well.
If the situation sounds good we arrange a meeting. If all goes well we let people try the animal out for a couple of weeks to ensure that everyone is happy.
We keep records of all adopters, follow up to ensure all is well and undertake to take back any animal if circumstances change.
