Meet Ozzie,

Ozzie is a sweet, energetic, and goofy young boy who'd love to be part of an active family. He thrives with structure, routine, and plenty of daily exercise, especially long walks and adventures that'd keep both his body and mind busy. He's very food‑motivated and enjoys enrichment feedings, which helps him stay focused and stimulated.

Ozzie bonds quickly and like to be allowed indoors to be a part of the family. He's still learning his manners and will benefit from ongoing training in impulse control and keeping all four paws on the floor. He can become jumpy or excited but responds well to gentle redirection with treats. Due to his longer shelter stay, he has shown some lead‑chewing and mild car reactivity, though he settles once he's out walking.

He knows how to sit and is eager to continue learning with his new family. Ozzie is very social with other dogs, though he may rush in or bark when excited, and a meet‑and‑greet with any resident dogs is required. He's looking for a committed family who will continue his training and help him grow into the wonderful companion he's meant to be.
