Meet Percy - our goofy, big-hearted Staffy boy looking for his forever home!

Percy is a beautiful 4-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier who came into our care as a stray and, heartbreakingly, was never reclaimed. Despite his uncertain start, Percy hasn't let it dull his sparkle - he's still full of love, character, and that classic Staffy zest for life.

He can be a little shy when meeting new people, but don't let that fool you. Give him a little time and patience, and once he learns he can trust you, his true personality shines through. And what a personality it is! Percy is a wonderfully goofy lad who will have you smiling every day.

One of Percy's favourite things is going for walks - although he's quite convinced he should be in charge! He gets adorably excited and sometimes tries to "walk himself," which only adds to his charm. With some continued guidance and positive training, he'll make a brilliant walking buddy.

Percy would prefer to be the only dog in the home so he can soak up all the love and attention for himself. He would be best suited to a household with secondary school-aged children or older, where his enthusiasm and playful nature will be understood and appreciated.
