While Murphy, like many dogs, can be reactive on a lead, his eagerness to learn and the right guidance will help him improve these skills. Routine and discipline provide the structure he needs to be the best he can be and continue practicing his tricks and learning new ones!

Murphy loves kids and enjoys their joyful energy and playfulness. He's hoping to find a home equipped with a decent backyard to safely explore and exert his playful spirit. His lively, energetic nature would be best suited in a big house where running around can help tire him out and preferably older kids as he can initially be quite excited when meeting children.

Murphy has previously lived with cats and has lived with other dogs but he is selective in choosing his friends therefore careful introductions would be required if another dog in the home! Murphy lived with two dogs and got on with one so another dog who matches his energy levels would be best for him.

Being crate-trained with decent recall, Murphy's loving presence makes him difficult to leave behind. Fortunately, his love of car rides means he can be your ever-present travel buddy!
