Hi! I’m Domino and I’m looking for a new family to call my own.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Domino until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Domino in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you. 
 
What I need in my new home: 
• Working breed experience/knowledge recommended.
• Daily walks, trips to the park or beach, playtime in the backyard 
• To be allowed inside with my family and not left outside 24/7 with no interaction.
• I am happy to go to a home with or without other dogs, i can be quiet excitable when first meeting them but i quickly adjust and calm down around them.
. I get lonely and a bit anxious when left alone which may cause me to bark so taking me to lots of places and leaving me with lots of enrichment to keep my mind busy is highly recommended.
• I have previously gone to doggy daycare regularly.
• A cat may be ok with a slow introduction, i have previously lived with a cat but will need a slow introduction to new cats.
• Secure Fencing
• I LOVE my toys. So I will need lots of toys and mental stimulation 
• I have previously lived with young children. I do get very bouncy when I am excited, older children who will be involved with my training should be ok. 
• I am a clever, young and active doggo - I would be great for dog training, trick training, agility etc. 
• Being an active breed, I have a lot of energy so an active family is a must! 

My best features: 
• Very smart!
• Highly food motivated 
• I can sit, shake hands, lay down and go to 'place'
• Happy to hang out with other friendly dogs 
• I am clever and eager to learn so would love a family who will teach me some cool tricks. 
• I LOVE toys & playing fetch
• I love attention, hugs, kisses & head scratches 
• I walk well on lead for a young doggo but having daily walks should help me improve my lead skills 
• Exuberant and full of beans
 
Where I need to improve / Training required:
• I love my food so using them as a positive reward should make my training easier. 
• I appear to be quite vocal at times and may show signs of anxiety when left alone - a family who has a lot of time for me, allow me indoors and leave me with lots of mental enrichment and toys when home alone is recommended
