Peter is a gentle, quiet soul who is looking for a calm and patient home where he can feel safe and take things at his own pace. At just over three years old, Peter can be quite timid in new environments and may initially withdraw or keep to himself. Starting him in a small launch room and gradually increasing his access to the home will be essential to help him feel secure and avoid becoming overwhelmed. With time and consistency, Peter begins to relax and show his true, sweet nature.

Peter enjoys gentle pats, peaceful naps, and watching the world go by from a cosy window ledge. He will thrive in a home with understanding adopters, ideally with teens or older children who can read cat body language and respect his need for space. He may do well with a very calm, friendly cat companion and could also potentially live with a calm, social dog if introductions are slow and closely monitored. With the right environment and a little patience, Peter has the potential to blossom into a loving and loyal companion.
