About Chewy
This handsome ginger fella is CHEWY, named after Chewbacca in Star Wars. He is certainly a distinctive chap and full of personality. Chewy has lived his life with his dog friend, which you can see in his photos he certainly loved. This boy has a very relaxed personality and will be friendly with animals that are friendly to him. While he loves other fur friends, he also loves his humans. Up for a cuddle or a pat, this boy will become a lovely companion to his forever person.
Chewy is a domestic shorthaired cat with a short ginger tabby coat. Quite solid in size (6.3kg) Chewy certainly is a big boy which makes him look extra special.
Chewy would love to be loved. Whether it’s joining a big or small family, or adding to the fur baby list, Chewy would love to be your companion.

Adoption details
Dogs:
(1) The first step is to complete the online adoption application form at https://southerndownsark.com.au/apply-to-adopt/ Please answer all questions and include photos of your yard and fencing.
(2) All applications will be considered by our Adoption Team, following which a "meet and greet" will be offered to the top-ranking applicant.
(3) If the “meet and greet" is successful, the applicant may adopt the dog and take him or her home the same day.
(4) For successful interstate applicants, different arrangements may apply and will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.
Cats:
