Hi, I'm Gus - professional cuddler, full-time smooch supplier, and enthusiastic play champion. I'm a big, affectionate boy with an even bigger heart. If you've got a lap, I'll fill it. If you've got hands, I expect pats. I absolutely love being close to my people and will happily follow you around just to make sure I'm not missing out on any attention. Cuddles are my specialty, and I give them generously.

But I'm not just a snuggle bug - I'm also a playful guy who needs things to do! I've got energy, curiosity, and a clever mind, so I'd love a home that can give me plenty of enrichment. That just means fun activities and setups that keep me busy and let me do all my favourite cat things like climbing, scratching, chasing, and "hunting." You don't need to spend big dollars either! I think cardboard boxes (the more, the better), paper bags with the handles taken off, toilet roll tubes with a few treats tucked inside, and homemade wand toys made from string are absolutely brilliant. Hide some treats around the house for me to sniff out, rotate my toys so they feel new again, and give me a good window perch so I can supervise the neighbourhood - perfect!

I'd be a great fit for a home with kids who can help keep me entertained and give me lots of love. I enjoy being part of the action and having playmates around. I'll also need some sturdy scratch posts so I can stretch out, dig my claws in, and show off my moves (it keeps my claws healthy and gives me a proper outlet for my scratching urges).
