About Penny
Penny is a shy girl who is still learning to trust people. With lots of TLC, she has started to warm up to strangers quicker, but still needs some practice. She has slowly started to show us her soft and sweet side!
This clever girl loves her toys and is happy to play independently on her bed, but she's also a quick learner, and knows a few tricks already! She would love to continue to work on learning new things in her new home. Penny enjoys other dogs' company, and she would thrive with a confident canine role model to help her bank even more self-assurance. She has previously lived with cats, and could be okay with a resident cat, with slow and managed introductions. She may be okay with older, respectful children, who allow her to choose her interactions.
Penny is on the lookout for a home full of understanding, patience and love, who can help her blossom into the confident young girl she is supposed to be.
