About Maverick
Meet our lovely boy Maverick 🦮
Maverick was a very unhappy and unhealthy stray who spent a few weeks waiting for his family to collect him from the RSPCA 😢.
When PPR picked him up he was so skinny too but in foster care he has gained some weight and been desexed! (No airway surgery was necessary) ❤️🩹
He is now in a better place physically and emotionally and ready to find his forever home 🏡
Maverick is a cheeky, busy boy full of puppy energy. He loves to be busy, and his ideal home is one filled with action and fun activities. He would love another small desexed fur friend to play with 🦮🦮
Maverick is very good with children (over 10 years old) and would enjoy the attention and play that they would bring. After a busy day he loves curling up with his humans for a cuddle and watching some tv. Maverick loves to follow his humans everywhere and even enjoys a bit of gardening 🌻
He will need to continue with some basic training as well as patience with toileting in his new environment 🏡
He loves to run ! However he enjoys the opportunity to go for a long walk if a run is not available and then he can have a good sniff at all the pee-mail he finds.
He can pull on his lead with excitement initially however he does settle once he has worn off a little of his energy. Due to Maverick’s past, he is very protective of his food so he will need to be fed separately from any other pet 🍗
If you think you are the perfect family for Maverick, please follow the link to apply. Please give as much information as possible!

**. Please note, while all applications will be reviewed, only suitable applicants will be contacted. We always try and match the dog with the best home, so don’t be offended if you are not contacted, it just means we know this little pup well enough to know where best suits him/her.
