About Frankie
🐾 Meet Frankie – A Gentle, Clever Cavoodle with a Heart Full of Love 🐾
Frankie is a beautiful 2-year-and-3-week-old Cavoodle weighing a dainty 6.4kg, and she’s now ready for the life she always deserved — one filled with love, security, and being cherished simply for being her.
Frankie came into care after a kind good Samaritan stepped in when she was advertised for sale as a potential breeding dog. With the rescue’s help, Frankie was fully vet-checked and it was confirmed she was not pregnant. All vet work has now been completed, meaning Frankie is officially free to enjoy a future that’s all about cuddles, adventures, and being a beloved family member — no pups required 💕
✨ Training & Home Life
Frankie is fully toilet trained and crate trained. She happily sleeps in her crate at night in her human’s bedroom and settles beautifully into a routine. Doggy door use hasn’t been tested yet, but with her intelligence and eagerness to please, she’s sure to pick it up quickly.
🌿 Energy & Lifestyle
Frankie is the perfect balance of playful and calm. She loves her morning and evening walks, exploring the world with her nose and soaking up all the smells. At home, she entertains herself with soft toys, bouncing balls, her favourite automatic rolling ball, and chasing butterflies or garden birds. Afternoon zoomies with her foster brother are a daily highlight — followed by quality couch time curled up beside her human while you read or watch TV.
She will let you know if someone new is at the door, but otherwise Frankie is a relaxed, easy-going girl who’s happy to chill.
🐕 Social Butterfly
Frankie adores people of all ages and is always excited to meet new friends. She loves other dogs and has truly blossomed since having a foster brother — she is much happier and calmer with canine company. She can be a little timid around larger breeds, so a small, gentle companion dog would be ideal. Frankie has not been cat or small-animal tested.
💖 Personality & Smarts
Frankie is an intelligent, inquisitive little soul who thrives on routine, praise, affection, and reassurance. She’s a fast learner and truly wants to please — repeat, praise, repeat, praise, and she’s got it! She enjoys one-on-one time just as much as you can give and will happily be your shadow around the house.
One of her sweetest quirks? Frankie loves watching Muster Dogs and Bluey with her humans on the couch 🐶📺
🏡 Frankie’s Ideal Home
Frankie would thrive in a nurturing, stable home where her humans are around often — whether that’s a stay-at-home couple, a family with plenty of love to give, or a home with another small companion dog who enjoys snuggling at night and offering confidence during the day.
Gentle, affectionate, clever, and deeply loving — Frankie is ready to give her whole heart to the right home. 💛

Once an adoption enquiry is completed our admin team will assess the application and if successful we will arrange for a meet and greet to be completed. We may also request photos of your yard for consideration of your application. Please note that we will do no more than 3 meet and greets per dog.
Approved applicants will be contacted to arrange a time for a meet & greet via email. You must bring your current dog along to the meeting if you are meeting another dog/puppy, this is to ensure they get along before commencing adoption - proof of your dogs up-to-date vaccination is required before any meet and greet is arranged.
Our adoption fee must be cleared in our bank account before any animal is available for pick up. Please note we bank with ANZ - any other bank may take 48 hours to process the monies.
Paw Prints Canine Rescue has a 10 day trial period – this basically means that if for any reason the adoption does not work out and the dog needs to be returned to us, the adoption fee minus an admin fee (minimum is $250) will be returned to the adoptees via bank transfer within 7 working days.
Please note that if an interstate adoption needs to be returned or regional adoption all transport cost with be paid by the adopter.
Please also note while this can be a very exciting time for everyone, it can also be an overwhelming time for dogs and we ask that you do try and allow your new family member to settle in their new home and adjust
INTERSTATE ADOPTIONS **
Any transport costs are to be paid by the adopting family, however we can assist you in helping with transport to airports etc.
** Please note some of our dogs are not available for interstate adoption - each bio will state if available for adoption - please check before applying.
