About Smoo
Hi, my name is Smoo! 🐈⬛
Smoo is a gently affectionate, soulful boy who will win your heart the moment you meet him. Even more captivating than his beautiful golden eyes and thick, soft black coat is his loving nature and big heart ❤️ He has a calm, comforting presence and shows his love in the sweetest, most meaningful of ways.
This special boy adores chin rubs and long, full-body pats. When he’s ready to settle down, he’ll gently place his chin on your hand, his quiet way of asking for cuddles before drifting off to sleep 😴 Smoo is also known for giving the sweetest little kisses when he’s feeling content and loved 🥰
Smoo enjoys spending time on his cat tree, where he can look out over the garden and street, happily watching birds and people pass by 🌳🐦⬛ While he’s not overly interested in toys, Smoo more than makes up for it with his loving companionship - a reflection of his calm and mature nature.
At night, Smoo will come up onto the bed for cuddle time, curling up at the end of the bed or beside you. Sometimes he’ll choose the cat tree for his overnight rest instead. In the mornings, he’ll greet you in the very same loving way, with affectionate head-butts to start your day just right 💕
Smoo loves his food and is a bit of a sweet talker, happily chatting away to let you know what he’s thinking. In the lounge room, he enjoys lying beside you on the couch, quietly offering comfort while soaking up gentle strokes.
Smoo is a truly charming companion, the kind who brings calm, love, and warmth into a home 🏡 He would be best suited to a dog-free home and would truly thrive as the only pet in the household, where he can soak up all the love and attention and be the star of the show ⭐ He is happiest when he can bond closely with his humans in a calm, peaceful environment. Smoo must maintain an indoor-only lifestyle for his ongoing health, safety, and wellbeing.

Adoption details
1. Visit our website to complete the 'LV&F Adoption Application' form: https://www.lvfanimalrescue.org/adopt
This is mandatory and you will only be considered for adoption once this form has been completed. Please ensure to provide as much detail as possible - The more information we have, the better we are equipped to finding the right home for our rescue animal.
2. Once completed, email the application to: Littlevandfriendsrescue@outlook.com
3. If your application is successful, our team will be in contact with you for further discussion and to arrange a meet-and-greet appointment.
4. If you are a suitable candidate for our rescue animal, the adoption process can be completed.
You will need to sign and date an 'LV&F Adoption Agreement Contract' and a 'Central Animal Records (CAR) Microchip Transfer' form on the day of adoption.
You will receive a folder containing the legal documents for your new animal, including a desexing certificate, proof of microchip and vaccination.
The adoption fee is required on the day of adoption. We accept cash, paypal or online bank transfer with proof of an invoice.
