Hi! I’m Freckles — a gentle, smoochy girl who’s swapped beach life at Scarborough for cosy indoor living. With the help of some kind humans and Perth Rescue Angels, my kittens are now grown and it’s my turn to find a loving forever family.

Nature
I may be a former street girl, but I’m a total sweetheart at heart. I love rubbing against human legs, asking for pats (and then asking for more), and showing off my smoochy side. I can be a little cautious at first, but once I feel safe my affectionate personality shines. I adore indoor life, comfy naps in random spots, and the occasional chitter-chatter — I’ve got stories to tell!

Companions (Children, Cats & Dogs)
I could also suit a home with older, respectful kids who know when to give me space while I build my confidence. I was a little bossy at first around the resident Kelpie and other cats (mum instincts!), but with slow introductions I’ve learned to keep the peace. That said, I’d love to be an only cat so I can soak up all the attention.

My PURR-fect home is calm and loving, with humans who let me settle at my own pace. Give me patience and I’ll reward you with loyalty, smooches, gentle chatter, and a beautiful bond built on trust.

Perth Rescue Angels recommends all cats are indoor only, unless they have access to a secure cat enclosure.
