About George
Meet George, an endearing little Griffin brimming with charm, looking for a loving family to call his own. Weighing in at 5.2 kg, George possesses a gentle and slightly shy demeanor that makes him a perfect companion for someone who appreciates a calm and caring nature. Born on February 4, 2017, George is at the perfect age for a blend of energy and maturity.
George thrives on companionship, particularly with a fellow canine friend. He arrived with his playmate Leo, another Griffin, with whom he shares a special bond. Having another small dog around has boosted his confidence significantly, revealing his playful side. While George might be a little hesitant initially, he blossoms into a delightful companion with patience and understanding.
Though not yet lead-trained, George enjoys a serene environment where he can feel comfortable and secure. Due to his short nose, he'd benefit from moderation in hot weather. Luckily, with some regular grooming, George's lovely coat will remain as charming as his personality.
George's reserve holds the promise of a loyal and devoted friend once he's had time to adjust. If you have a heart and a home ready for an incredibly sweet and gentle dog, George is eager to make lifelong memories with you.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is easy. You will receive a application for the animals you are interested in. Please full that in and send it back to us.
Even though you may be first to message, this does not always guarantee you will be chosen to adopt. By no means do we run on a "first in, first served basis". We aim to ensure that our animals are adopted into the most suitable home for them and the new family.
With all our animals, we go on what our vet has told us and what we believe the breed and age to be. We never guarantee the breed or age but take the best educated guess.
Please note: Our shelter is located in the Snowy Mountains. We are a 5 hour drive from Sydney and Melbourne and 2 to 3 hours from Canberra.
