Meet Maya — a spirited, confident, go-getter kitten looking for her perfect match! 🖤🤍
Maya is not your average kitten — she is bold, bright, and beautifully in charge of her world!
This clever little leader knows what she wants and isn’t afraid to let other kitties (or people) know it. She brings big personality in a small, fluffy package and will keep her family endlessly entertained. 😺✨
Playtime is Maya’s favourite time. She is a high-energy girl who loves to tear around the house doing epic zoomies, chasing toys, and investigating every corner of her kingdom.
For this reason, she needs a home with plenty of space to run, climb, and burn off all that delightful kitten energy.
Maya will thrive in a household where her people are happy to interact with her, play with her, and give her lots of attention and enrichment. 💨🐾
Maya is also a chatty little character — especially when food is involved. She happily uses her voice around mealtimes to make sure you know she is ready to dine.
Luckily, she is very food motivated and easy to feed, which makes life simple and fun for her new family. 🍽️😻
Around new people, Maya is quietly confident rather than shy. She may take up to 10 whole minutes to warm up (such a cautious girl 😉), but once she has decided she likes you, she is easy to handle and happy to be close.
This vibrant girl is not suited to a quiet household, or a home with older people or older pets. She needs energy to match her own.
Ideally, Maya would love a playful companion around her age — another kitten or a young, active cat who enjoys wrestling, chasing and rough-and-tumble fun.
She has not been tested with dogs, so a dog-free home is required.
Maya is beautifully dressed in a black and white, medium-length coat that feels as soft as it looks. A gentle brush once a week will keep her looking sleek, shiny and fabulous. 🖤🤍

Adoption details
HOW TO ADOPT FROM US:
1. Email dandycatrescue@yahoo.com and request an adoption form to be sent to you, fill it out and return it to us. We’ll be in touch!
2. If your application is successful, we’ll make arrangements for you to visit our cats and kittens at our foster carer’s home.
3. We ask that you pay the nominated fee to us via online bank deposit either at the adoption day or at the home visit (preferred), or in cash. We do not accept eftpos, credit or debit card transactions at this stage.
4. You will be provided with a folder of paperwork for your new kitty upon adoption. Your adoption fee includes a Central Animal Records Change of Ownership that is completed by us online two weeks after the adoption.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
