About Raymond
*In foster care in Campsie, Sydney*
'Sugar and spice and all things nice' could have been a phrase invented for Raymond!
This darling boy isn't just incredibly beautiful, with his striking smoke tabby coat - he's also got the softest, most gentle nature, and he's quickly coming round to the many luxuries of indoor cat life. Neck scratches from kind humans being one of them!
Raymond also doesn't mind being cuddled, and he *adores* a good toy. All he needs now is a wonderful person, couple or family to nurture his confidence and shower him with love!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Raymond is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Being a pretty flexible guy, and quite independent, I don't need you to be home all the time. What I would really love is a family with the patience to help me build a bond with you, which may take some time - but will be worth every minute, I promise!
MY ENERGY LEVEL: I'm playful but not over-the-top, and (so far anyway) night-time zoomies aren't my thing.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: I'm still getting used to adults, and I definitely appreciate slow movements and relaxed vibes, so any children in the home will ideally be older (8+) and on the calm side.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: The signs are good - I share well with my foster brother and I'm very interested in the resident cat! There's every chance I'd be happy to live with other friendly, gentle pets.

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
Please consider, that a Maggie's Pet is a pet for Life, before adopting.
