Hi there, I’m Keku!

I’m a sweet and sensitive black greyhound girl, in a perfectly petite little package. I’m the kind of girl who will gently tiptoe into your life… and then suddenly steal your whole heart.

I’m still very young at only 2 years old so I’m still figuring out how the world works, and it can feel a bit scary at times. I’m a shy little soul, especially with men, so I need gentle, patient humans who will let me take things at my own pace. No pressure, no rushing, just calm voices, kind hands, and plenty of patience. But once I do trust you, I’m so incredibly sweet! I’ll be totally devoted and will make you feel so special to be chosen as my ‘person’ (or even better, ‘people!’).

When I get the chance to leave the kennels to go on an excursion, I feel so much braver and my inner confidence starts to shine through! I love exploring the outside world so I’d be thrilled to join you for all sorts of adventures. I’m still building my bravery, but every new experience helps - especially with a trusted human by my side.

I’m polite with other dogs, big or small, and I think I would thrive in a home with another calm canine friend who can help me feel secure and guide the way. A calm home with children over 12 would suit me well, too. My dream home is steady and peaceful, with kind people who will go slow and celebrate the small wins.

If you have a soft spot for gentle girls with lots of love to give, I promise I’ll be worth it. With patience, gentle encouragement, and love, I’ll become your sweetest little shadow.

To make sure everyone is happy, we match each hound with the right family, and we provide lots of support along the way!

All hounds are desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm (including heartworm) treated. The adoption fee includes our Adopter Kit containing a martingale collar, leash, muzzle and useful information to help you get your new hound settled in.
