About Joy
This is JOY! While her photos do not look too joyful, trust us when we say this girl is a delight and certainly a character of a cat. When you meet Joy in her comfortable surroundings the first thing she will want to do is chat to you and smooch you. A snuggle on your lap or just being around you is something Joy very much enjoys. Joy is very much a Russian Blue and her characteristics you will enjoy.
Joy is a Russian Blue without papers. Her face is a shimmering silver and the majority of her coat is slate grey. Yes, she is Arks biggest cat. She does have a great big stomach, but she isn’t one to eat a lot. Russian Blues are also highly intelligent and vocal. They have an excellent memory and have a keen ability to remember favourite visitors.
She currently lives with cats and dogs. She isn’t too joyful with this arrangement. She hates the cats around her and often mouths off to the dog. She is a boss, so don’t expect her to ever like the extra family pets. She also shows her bossy nature to her humans, often telling them what she wants. She is adorably affectionate and loving especially to children who understand who cat cues.
If you are up for a chatty, snuggly and social cat with stunning looks, Joy would love to join your family. If you would like to meet Joy, send us an enquiry today!
