Gunnar is a young boy who’s been let down not once, but twice by humans. Through no fault of his own, he was returned to the pound less than a year after being adopted. He certainly deserves better than that.

Since leaving our care the first time, Gunnar sadly received little to no ongoing training. He still remembers sit from his puppy days, but the rest will need to be refreshed - & the good news? He’s already showing improvement since being back with us.

Gunnar is an energetic lad who loves to play & absolutely adores his walks. He can pull on the lead, so continued lead training will be important, & while his recall was non-existent on return, it’s steadily improving with consistency & structure. He’ll also need some help getting back into good toilet habits.

This boy will thrive with someone who understands that training isn’t a flaw - it’s an opportunity. With patience, routine & commitment, Gunnar has all the potential to become a fantastic companion.

Gunnar is looking for a home that won’t give up on him again & one that’s ready to invest time, guidance & love, & show him what stability really means.
