About Brock
Meet Brock, your new lap warmer. He's confident, affectionate, playful - he's really the full package.
Brock was born in a household with dogs and kids so he's pretty much bulletproof. His mum was taken in by a kind lady who thought that a cat on the street needed help, and then the next day Brock and his siblings were born! Now he needs a forever home to call his own.
Brock loves paying with feather wands, playing with the kids in the family, and sitting on the back of the couch taking it all in. He wants to be where the action is, and loves hanging out with his foster family. When it's nap time, a lap is the absolute best place to be. He loves a cuddle and a pat. He will happily purr the day away in your arms.
Brock is a great little kitten who would suit any household. Anywhere that he can hang out with the humans and be loved.
Medical notes
No known pre-existing conditions.
Adoption details
ADOPTION PROCESS:
1. An Adoption enquiry should be made via
https://form.jotform.com/shellys.place.rescue/adoption-enquiry
2. Once your application has been received, one of our volunteers will contact you for a phone interview. This is to determine whether one of our cats or kittens will be a good fit for your home. We all want long-term success in placing rescue animals, so finding the best fit for the animal AND the family is very important.
3. 'Meet & Greet' with the animal and their carer will then take place if the application is approved.
4. A property check will take place via a video. Once this has been successfully completed, adoption paperwork finalised and the adoption donation processed, the pet can be collected from foster care.
5. A 14 day settling-in period commences once the animal has been collected from foster care.
6. Adoption is finalised after 14 days. Paperwork/records will be included in an adoption pack.
7. All animals will be rehomed desexed, 1st vaccinated, microchipped and treated monthly for fleas and intestinal worms. Once the adoption is finalised, the new owners are responsible for all vaccinations and preventative treatments.
As we are run entirely of volunteers we endeavour to respond to your enquiry as soon as we can. Your patience is greatly appreciated.
PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to hold any animals. Please only apply if you are ready to adopt now.
