Hello... my name is Monty, and I'm a 13-year-old gentleman Schnauzer with a soft heart and a lot of love still to give.

I may have a few grey whiskers now, but I promise you - I'm calm, kind, and very easy to live with. I've spent time in foster care and learned that home life suits me just fine. I enjoy quiet routines, comfy naps, and being close to my people without needing too much fuss. Just knowing you're nearby is enough for me.

I can live happily with children, and I don't mind if you work full-time - I'm quite good at snoozing while you're away. I may also be able to share my home with another gentle dog who understands my relaxed pace.

Like many dogs my age, my body needs a little extra care. I have some ongoing medical conditions, including pancreatitis and early Cushing's, which are currently managed. Because of these needs, my adoption is fee-free, and I'll be placed into private care - all the details will be explained so you feel fully supported.

What I'm really hoping for now is a guardian angel - someone who can offer me patience, understanding, and a safe, loving place to spend my final years. In return, I'll give you quiet companionship, loyalty, and a grateful heart that will stay with you forever.
