About Kronk
Breed experienced preferred
Dog Selective (open to meet dogs)
Open to meet kids 10+
Supervisor in the kitchen (will need a taste test)
Kronk’s life goal is simple: be loved 24/7. If possible, he’d also like to be the dog who shares your bed, your couch, your personal space, and possibly your soul. He will take up most of the bed and feels absolutely no guilt about it.
Kronk adores people and would love a home with kids aged 10 years and up. He can be a bit of a lovable bulldozer when he gets excited (zero malice, 100% enthusiasm), so he needs humans who can stay on their feet when the happy wiggles kick in.
This boy loves his food. Truly. Deeply. If there’s bread to be made, Kronk will be there — supervising, taste-testing with his eyes, and possibly attempting to pull the wrong lever if you’re not watching closely. Oops. Kronk also required stuffed toys so a home with a good supply of plushies is highly recommended.
Kronk is dog selective. He desperately wants to play with everyone, but sometimes his enthusiasm comes without manners or boundaries, which can be… a lot. The good news? With every interaction, he’s learning and improving his play style — Kronk is a work in progress with a heart of gold.
If you’re ready for a goofy, affectionate, bed-hogging best friend who just wants to love and be loved, Kronk is ready to move in.

With all animals it’s important to understand that going into a new environment with new people may not be as flawless as we want it to be. It’s important to know that these animals have unknown histories. Most left in the shelter by their owners. The information we receive is from observing the animal’s behaviours & reactions to certain stimuli whilst in our care. Adopted animals can take up to 3 months to properly decompress from post-shelter life & a lot of behaviours & quirks will surface during this time. All that we ask is that their new owners have an open mind & are patient.
So please keep in touch with us after adoption so that we can help you settle your new family member in and address any unexpected behaviours.
The adoption fee for dogs covers C5 vaccination, health check, heartworm testing, desexing, micro-chipping, and registration.
