Benny is a bright, boisterous young boy with a big personality and an even bigger heart.
Full of energy, Benny loves to run, play, and explore. Whether it’s a game of tug-of-war, bouncing around on the trampoline with his doggy friends, or sniffing out hidden treats, he throws himself into everything with enthusiasm. He’s an active pup who would thrive in a home that can keep up with his playful spirit.
Benny is also a clever and capable learner. He already knows basic commands like sit and wait, and his eagerness to please makes him a great candidate for ongoing training. With some guidance around loose-leash walking and continued positive reinforcement, he has all the makings of a wonderfully well-mannered companion.
True to his curious nature, Benny loves to follow his nose and be part of whatever is happening around him. He enjoys enrichment activities and would do especially well with games that challenge both his mind and his senses.
After all the fun, Benny is more than happy to settle down and show his softer side. He’s a cheeky little snuggle bug who loves affection and will happily curl up to recharge after a busy day.
Benny is looking for a home that can offer him:

Benny is in foster care in Lake Macquarie, NSW. His adoption fee is $600 and he is desexed, vaccinated, treated for fleas and worms, and microchipped.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:
https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
