🍩 Meet Donut: The Sweetest Angel with a "Sad" Little Face! 🥺
Hello there! I’m Donut. 🍩 My name feels like it was fated, because now I habitually make perfect little donut rings on my fluffy bed when I suckle on it! 🥯✨
It’s a bit of a miracle that I’m here. I was rescued at just a couple of weeks old, bottle-fed, and given all the love I needed to grow big and strong. 💪🍼 I also grew up with other kitten pals who taught me the "finer points" of being a cat, like how to pounce, how to groom, and how to be the bestest boy. 🐾
✨ My Personality Checklist:
Gentle & Sweet: I have a very mellow soul. ☁️
The Groomer: I love giving my kitten friends "spas" and baths. 🧼
Cuddle Bug: I adore soft pats (on my terms!) and curling up for cozy naps on my fluffy bed, or with my favourite humans when I feel safe. 💤
The Face: I have a "chronic sad face," but don't let it fool you! My heart is actually bursting with joy. 🥺💕

Food Enthusiast: I am very passionate about mealtime! I even make the most adorable suckling sounds while I eat. 😋
Circus Kitty: I’m quite clever when treats are involved! I’m currently practicing standing on my back legs for snacks and I love using my licki mat. 🎪
Zoomie Specialist: Every morning and evening, without fail, it’s Zoomie O’Clock! 🏃♂️💨

Adoption details
Our adoption process is as follows:
1. Submit an adoption application via our website at www.rescuecatsofmelbourne.com.au/adopt
2. We will be in touch with you within 48 hours if we wish to progress your application.
3. A meet and greet will then be organised so that you can meet your potential new family member!
4. Upon a successful meet and greet, an adoption day will be set for you to come and collect your new family member and sign all required paperwork
All of our cats come de-sexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, worm treated and with a clean bill of health.
Our 10-Day Health Guarantee: We want you to feel confident in your new family member’s health. We offer a 10-day cooling-off period specifically for health-related concerns. If your kitten shows signs of a pre-existing illness (such as a respiratory infection or parasite) within the first 10 days of arriving home, please contact us immediately. During this window, you have the option to return the kitten for a full refund or work with our rescue team to ensure the kitten receives the necessary care. We are committed to transparency and the wellbeing of our cats.
