About Soda
Soda is a bright, smiley girl with a huge heart and a deep love for her people. She’s affectionate, intelligent, playful, and wonderfully loyal — the kind of dog who wants to be involved in every part of your day and knows exactly where her humans are at all times.
She lives for interaction. Tug toys are her absolute favourite, and she’ll happily bring one back again and again for a game of tug or throw-and-chase. Soda is strong, smart, and full of enthusiasm, but she also has a soft side and would choose cuddles over just about anything.
Soda is very well toilet-trained, travels well in the car and has good basic training.
She enjoys checking in on you while you sleep, but is also content to return to her own bed in another room, though she would love to be invited onto the bed if that’s your thing. She’s a very talkative girl and loves to “chat” with her people, especially when she wants to go outside. Soda would thrive in a home with a dog door, as she enjoys free-ranging in and out.
She loves walks and is quite active, needing a daily walk and some enrichment to keep her happy. At the park, she enjoys chasing balls and playing enthusiastically, even if returning the ball is still a work in progress.
Soda absolutely loves water — the beach, rivers, sprinklers, buckets, and water play are guaranteed to make her day.
Soda is not particularly keen on meeting other dogs and will need slow, thoughtful introductions, as she has had some negative experiences in the past.
Soda is looking for a home where she can dote on her people as much as they dote on her — a home that values connection, time together, and plenty of affection. In return, she will offer loyalty, joy, and a constant, loving presence.
Medical notes
Soda is desexed, microchipped and up to date with vaccinations and parasite control.
She is in perfect health.
