Nyssa is a sweet, shy, and sensitive little girl searching for a calm, quiet home with a patient and understanding adopter who is happy to move at her pace. Having missed out on some early socialization, the world can feel overwhelming for her, and many everyday sights and sounds are still quite scary.
Nyssa is learning how to walk on a lead and will need gentle guidance, reassurance, and time to build her confidence. With kindness and consistency, she has so much potential to blossom.
Despite her worries, Nyssa is incredibly affectionate. She adores human company and loves to lean into you or curl up in your lap for cuddles and comfort.
Nyssa would be best suited to a peaceful home with calm, gentle older children. Meet-and-greets will take place at the time of adoption to ensure the best match for everyone.
Nyssa is dog social and would really benefit from going home with a calm, gentle doggie friend that can help to guide her and build her confidence as she grows.
