About Murphy
Meet Murphy!
He can be a little shy when you first meet him, but give him some time and you'll discover a charming, playful gentleman underneath. Murphy will thrive as an indoor-only cat in a calm home with gentle kids, teens or adults, and where his people are happy to go at his pace and help his confidence grow. He may also enjoy the company of another friendly cat, with slow and thoughtful introductions. He'll do best in a home that offers plenty of enrichment to keep him happy and stimulated. Murphy enjoys climbing cat trees, chasing toys, exploring puzzle feeders, and having cozy spots to perch and watch the world go by.

Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Burwood East site, adoption hours are 10am – 4pm. Walk-ins are welcome, and you can freely walk through our dog, cat and small animal adoption areas.
