The last of her litter still waiting for her chance
Minty has been overlooked for reasons we can’t quite understand. She’s the final pup from her litter still in care, and she’s been waiting far too long for someone to notice her quiet, gentle heart.
Minty isn’t the dog who rushes up to strangers or demands attention. She’s the thoughtful one — the girl who watches first, feels first, and loves deeply once she knows she’s safe. And when she trusts you, she becomes the sweetest cuddle companion, happiest curled up beside you on the lounge, soaking in calm affection.
She’s a soft, sensitive soul who thrives in peaceful homes. Minty is wonderful with other dogs and cats, and would be happy as an only dog or with another calm companion. She’s a big girl (around 40–45kg) who still has the occasional goofy puppy moment, usually when she forgets just how big she is.
Minty knows how to sit, rides beautifully in the car, and settles well in her crate. Walks can be a little overwhelming, especially around unfamiliar people or dogs, so she needs patient humans who will go at her pace and help her build confidence gently.
Her ideal home is calm, predictable, and low‑key — somewhere she can exhale, feel safe, and finally belong. She’s not suited to busy or high‑energy households, but she will absolutely flourish with big‑dog‑savvy adopters who understand her gentle nature.
Minty has waited long enough. She may not shout for attention, but she is the dog who will give you quiet devotion, deep trust, and a bond that grows stronger every day.
If you’ve read this far… please don’t scroll by. Minty deserves her chance. 💚
