About Austin (Farm Home)
Austin is looking for a farm to call his own
Austin is the ultimate working boy. If you have mice he has the enthusiasm and talent to handle them. He is confident, independent and smart and he thrives in a rural setting where he can stretch his legs, explore safely and do what he does best.
He does not need much from you. A steady food supply, fresh water and a safe secure place for him to stay for two weeks while he settles in and learns that your property is home. After that he will be ready to head out and take charge of the mouse control. He will check in when he feels like a pat and then wander off again to continue his important farm duties.
Austin is the perfect fit for a shed, barn or rural block and will reward you with excellent pest control and his own little brand of charm. If you want a hardworking mouser who earns his keep, Austin is your boy.

Adoption details
*Please only apply if you reside 4hrs from Shepparton
* You will have a list of questions sent that you need to answer and send back.
* (For dog applications) Photos are requested of your yard, the fencing and any undercover shelter areas (patio/pergola) that must be sent through along with answers to questions.
* It’s not first in best dressed and we pride ourselves in finding the perfect family home for the animals in our care and make sure each family finds the perfect animal as well.
* We feed our cats on Lifewise, bags are available to buy from us.
* We also offer a 2 week trial on all animals that are adopted from this rescue organisation, if returned during this time a refund less 10% is given.
* Meet and greets are always taken prior to adoption, on the day if all goes well and you are happy, you can adopt on the spot and take your animal home to begin the next chapter together. We don't offer more than 1 meet and greet.
*All animals listed on our petrescue page are available for adoption until the moment they are removed

The site is ran by volunteers who also have work commitments and families of their own.
