About Shadow - 5 Year Old German Shepherd
Meet Shadow 🖤
Shadow is a beautiful 5-year-old German Shepherd weighing around 35kg, with a heart just as big as his paws. He’s a soft, gentle soul who greets people with a calm, welcoming nature and an easy smile.
Shadow is perfectly happy soaking up the sunshine (sunbaking is a favourite pastime!), heading off for beach adventures, or enjoying a good game of ball. He has a lovely balance of relaxed and playful energy, making him a wonderful companion for both quiet days at home and fun outings.
Shadow is house-trained and has great manners around the home, happily staying off the furniture. He is wonderful with kids of all ages and would suit a family or individual looking for a loyal, steady presence.
He would thrive in a home where someone is mostly around or working part-time, as he enjoys being part of everyday life rather than left alone for long hours. Shadow would do best as an only dog or with a calm dog of similar size, and is not suitable for homes with cats or birds.
If you’re looking for a gentle, affectionate companion who will happily share your sunshine, your beach walks, and your life, Shadow could be your perfect match. 🐾💙
He is in care in Lake Haven, NSW. His adoption fee is $500 and he is desexed, vaccinated, microchipped and treated for fleas, ticks and worms.

Adoption details
(1) The first step is to fill in our online Adoption Questionnaire:

(2) If the questionnaire is approved, we will arrange a property check so we
can verify that your home and yard are suitable for the pet you've applied for.
(3) Next, we will arrange for you to meet the pet, usually at the foster
carer's home or at a nearby park.
(4) If both sides agree, then you can pay the adoption fee*, sign the NSW change of ownership form and our DRN Adoption Agreement and take your new family member home! The two week trial period begins on the day of adoption.
*We prefer payment by funds transfer and don't accept cash or personal
cheques.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
