Meet Buddy 🐾

Buddy, his mumma, and his siblings were rescued from very sad circumstances — and you would never know it now. This gorgeous grey, fluffy boy is absolutely thriving and ready to find his forever home. Buddy is bonded very closely with his brother Jag and they are best suited to go to a new home together as a pair.

Buddy is playful, easy-going, and has the sweetest, gentlest nature. He loves his food, adores his family, and enjoys a good cuddle. Buddy happily accepts kisses and affection, making him a beautiful balance of fun and snuggly.

He would do wonderfully adopted with one of his siblings, with Moo, or on his own in a home where he’ll receive plenty of love and attention. His calm, friendly personality makes him an easy fit for many households.

As of 1st August 2025, our adoption fees will be adjusted to help cover rising vet and care costs. The new fees are as follows:

Kittens (1 vaccination): $400
Kittens (2 vaccinations): $450
Adult & Adolescent Cats (9+ months): $280
Breed cats will be listed with a separate adoption fee based on their individual profile.

Change of ownership is included in the adoption fee.

Thank you for your ongoing support in helping us care for and rehome the many cats and kittens that come through our rescue.

All 2nd Chance Cat Rescue cats are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated, flea and worm treated and come with a take home pack. We transfer the change of Ownership free of charge into your name.
