About Fennel
Meet Fennel, a striking three year old beauty who is ready to turn over a new leaf. Fennel arrived at our North Melbourne shelter after being found as a stray in Kings Park. While she did have a microchip when she first came into our care, her previous owners unfortunately did not come forward to collect her. Now, she is looking forward to a fresh start in a home that will cherish her forever.
With her sleek black and white tuxedo coat and those unmistakably large, luminous yellow eyes, Fennel is a real head turner. She looks like a little character out of a storybook, always watching the world with a sense of wonder. Though her journey to us was a bit of a mystery, her gentle spirit remains completely intact, and she is more than ready to swap the streets of Kings Park for a cozy indoor life.
Fennel is a classic "slow burn" sweetheart. She can be a tiny bit timid when she first meets new people, perhaps just taking a moment to make sure she is safe, but she warms up incredibly quickly. Once she knows you are a friend, her affectionate side shines through. She is a curious little girl who loves to explore every nook and cranny of her environment, making sure she knows exactly what is going on in her kingdom.
This lovely girl would thrive in a home where she can take things at her own pace for the first few days. Once she feels settled, you will have a loyal, inquisitive companion who wants to be part of everything you do. If you have a warm heart and a spare spot on your couch, Fennel is waiting to meet you at The Lost Dogs Home in North Melbourne.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
