Pluto

Hi. I am Pluto and I have a lot of personality packed into one fluffy body.

I am sweet and cheeky and full of character. I love to play and I am not shy about it. Rumble and tumble games are my favourite and I will happily throw myself into a good wrestle when the mood strikes. And then just as quickly I am done and ready to snooze the day away like nothing ever happened.

I get along well with other dogs and really enjoy having playmates around. I read cues well and know when to keep going and when to settle. I would also cope as an only dog as long as I get plenty of play training and attention. I love being involved and included.

Cats are something I am still learning about. I am good with them but will need continued interaction and training to help me stay calm and polite around them.

I am learning to sit and slowly getting the hang of it. Food is a big motivator for me so training is actually pretty fun. I also love praise and affection and respond really well when you make a fuss of me for getting things right.

I sleep either outside or inside in a crate and I settle well in both. I am good indoors and my toilet training is improving every day with consistency and routine.

Soft toys and ropes are my absolute favourites especially when there is a game of chase or tug involved. I love toys almost as much as I love naps.

I am great with kids and adore their energy but I will need reminders to be gentle and not jump when I get excited. My enthusiasm sometimes gets ahead of my manners.

I love meeting new people and soak up attention wherever I go. Cuddles pats and kind words are always welcome. Vet visits are a highlight for me because attention is attention and I am here for it.

I am Pluto. Playful affectionate and always ready for fun followed by a very good nap. If you are looking for a dog who can keep up when it is time to play and happily relax when it is time to rest I might be your perfect match.
