About Bubbles
Hi. I am Bubbles. And if you had met me a few weeks ago you might have called me the quiet one.
I was a bit shy back then. I hung back and watched. Took it all in. Then one day something clicked and now here I am. Confident, cheeky and very sure that life is meant to be enjoyed at full speed. I am definitely more staffy than wolfhound, and I love to play rough so having an older dog around to show me the ropes would be a dream come true.
Other dogs are my happy place. I love a good rumble and tumble and my favourite playmate is the my older foster brother. I am respectful of cues too even from the big old grumpy dogs, who are very clear about their boundaries. I listen. Mostly. I just really love having a dog friend.
Cats are interesting. I am good with them but I will need more interaction and training because sometimes I am just a bit too curious and enthusiastic. With guidance I know I can get there.
I am learning to sit. Slowly. Turns out sitting still is hard when you are this excited about food and life. The good news is I am very food motivated, so training is going to be fun and rewarding. I also respond beautifully to praise. Tell me I am a good boy and I will absolutely try my hardest to prove you right.
At night I sleep either outside or inside in my crate. I am good indoors, and I am still working on my toilet training, but I am getting much better every day. Consistency helps and I am keen to learn.
Soft toys are my weakness. Ropes too. Anything I can chase or play tug with is an instant yes from me. I also still suckle if given the chance, which is a little leftover puppy habit that makes people smile.
I am great with kids and love their energy but I will need ongoing training to remember to keep all four paws on the ground and be gentle. I get excited. A lot.
The vet thinks I am wonderful. I loved the attention, the pats, and all the fuss and behaved beautifully. Meeting new people is one of my favourite things. I love cuddles affection and being told I am loved.

Once the shy one. now the confident, cheeky boy who is ready to learn grow and be someone’s best mate. If you have love to give and maybe a dog friend waiting at home I think we could be very happy together.

Please ensure all corresponding documentation, such as vet work for existing animals & lease agreements are provided with the completed application to avoid any delays
Applications are not approved on a first in, best dressed basis, rather we will assess on your suitability. Should we believe that the animal you have applied for may not suit your home or lifestyle, we will work with you until we find your perfect match.
Upon approval of your application, we will pass your contact details onto the carer and they will liaise with you to arrange a meet & handover. Prior to the handover, an adoption contract will be emailed to you along with copies of vet work & our bank details. The signed adoption agreement & payment of the adoption fee is required prior to the animal leaving with you. We offer a two-week trial period, and the full adoption fee, minus an administration fee will be refundable if the adoption is cancelled within those two weeks.
