About Eira
*In foster care in Summer Hill, Sydney*
Eiro is a gorgeous grey and white tabby kitten, with striking blue eyes and the sweetest face ever! He's got real X-factor too, and loads of confidence and curiosity about the world around him. He's definitely the kind of boy who makes himself right at home wherever he is!
Playtime is Eiro’s happy place, especially when wand toys are involved :) He loves chasing, pouncing and showing off his moves. When no one's dangling the wand for him, he take matters into his own paws - proudly carrying the toy around in his mouth like a tiny trophy. It’s impossible not to smile watching him!
In his more relaxed moods, Eiro enjoys being close to his favourite people. While you’re working from home, he’ll often settle nearby, keeping you company or curling up for a nap with his brother Cairo. He has a lovely balance of playful energy and affectionate calm, making him purrfect for both first-time and experienced cat owners!
Like all Maggie’s pets, Eiro is microchipped, desexed, and vaccinated.

MY IDEAL HOME: Outgoing, adaptable and full of kitten charm, I adore interactive play, being close to my humans and having cosy spots to relax in. Apartment or house life would suit me just fine!
Please note that I'm looking for an indoor-only home to protect my delicate pink nose and ears from the sun.
MY ENERGY LEVEL: Kitten-high, mixed with long lazy couch sessions.
MY SUITABILITY TO CHILDREN: Children of at least school age (6+) will be my best match.
MY SUITABILITY TO CATS AND DOGS: My brother Cairo is awesome, and so are the two resident cats in my foster home! (I'm a bit too playful for them, but we've made it work - they mostly just ignore me.)
I'm not familiar with dogs yet but we can always give it a try?

Our foster carer will contact you when we receive your application to arrange a time for you to meet with their foster pet.
We want your adoption through Maggie's to be a good experience so we will occasionally suggest a different cat or dog that may suit your situation better and the needs of the individual pet.
All our pets leave for their new homes on a two-week trial. At the end of the trial, we will transfer the microchip into your name and provide you with the pets vet certificates. Once you receive the Certificate of Identification from council, your adoption will be complete.
