Rusty

Rusty is a 4-year-old Jack Russell mix with a big personality packed into a small, bouncy body. This bubbly little guy is family-ready and always up for fun. If there's water to splash in or a toy to chase - especially one with a squeaker - Rusty is all in.

Rusty loves his daily playtime with other dogs here at the shelter, so he could happily join a home with an existing canine friend (we'll just organise a meet & greet to make sure everyone becomes best mates). He's also a smart cookie who already knows sit, down, and has great recall - brains and charm!

Now for full honesty: Rusty isn't a fan of being left alone. If left by himself in the backyard, he may serenade your neighbours with his best "Rusty Remix." Because of this, he'd thrive in a home where someone is around more often than not to keep him company.
