About Vera
Meet Vera
Vera is a beautiful girl who's looking for a calm, predictable home where she can finally settle into a routine of her own. She's had a rough start to life, so she needs a little time and patience-but once she gets to know you, she's a truly lovely companion.
Vera would love to be an indoor-only cat, with plenty of toys and enrichment activities to keep her busy and engaged. Playtime helps her build confidence and brings out her gentle, curious side.
She's best suited to an adult or teen household where things are quieter and more relaxed. Vera would also prefer to be the only pet in the home-she wants all of your love and attention to herself, and she'll happily return it in her own sweet way.
If you're looking for a calm, loyal companion and are happy to let her settle in at her own pace, Vera could be the perfect addition to your home. 🐾✨
Adoption details
Our adoption process is designed to match you with the right pet, the first time. Our team are experts at rehoming animals who have specific needs that match your lifestyle, to ensure every adoption placement will last a lifetime.
At our Peninsula site, adoption hours are 12pm – 4pm. You are welcome to attend our reception office without an appointment to begin our adoption process during adoption hours.
The adoption areas are not free to walk through, and you will need to chat with our staff to confirm that a potential adoption is a good match.
Once the adoption has been discussed, a staff member will facilitate a walk-through of the adoption areas or have an animal brought to you in a greeting area.
For horse, livestock or poultry enquiries please email horsesandlivestock@rspcavic.org.au
